General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Object

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of Newcos Sàrl and its customers in the context of online sales of cosmetic products. Any order placed on our site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost accuracy possible. However, slight differences may exist between the photos and the actual product (e.g. colour variations).

3. Price

The prices displayed are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) including all taxes for Switzerland. For international orders, any applicable taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Newcos Sàrl reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be charged at the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

All orders are only considered final after confirmation by email and payment validation.

Newcos Sàrl reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute, stock shortage, or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the site.

In the event of non-payment, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

  • Switzerland: Delivery usually within 3 to 5 working days.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

  • Switzerland and the European Union: The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
  • The products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

8. Guarantee and liability

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.

Newcos Sàrl cannot be held responsible for improper use of the product or for any indirect damages related to its use.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The present T&Cs are subject to Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the registered office of Newcos Sàrl, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
